These Terms and Conditions apply to the NeuTask app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by NeuTask (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to improving the Application and reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application or any of its services at any time without prior notice. If any charges are introduced for services, they will be clearly communicated to users in advance.
The Application may store and process personal data provided by you in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and cause the Application to malfunction or stop working entirely.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These include but are not limited to:

AdMob
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics

OneSignal
AppLovin
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not working properly due to lack of internet access or exhausted data limits.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi network, your mobile service provider’s terms apply, and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges. You are solely responsible for these charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged and functional. The Service Provider is not responsible if you are unable to access the Application due to device-related issues such as low battery or hardware failure.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and updated, information may be provided by third parties. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application’s content or functionality.
The Application may require updates to continue functioning properly. You agree to accept updates when they are made available.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application or terminate access at any time without notice. Upon termination:
Your rights to use the Application will end
You must stop using the Application
You may be required to delete it from your device
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
